Lori Kolodin is a registered dietitian/nutritionist since 1984 and received both her baccalaureate and graduate degrees from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She completed her dietetic residency at Ochsner Medical Foundation in Jefferson, Louisiana and then moved back to the northeast to begin her career in New York City. Her Manhattan work included clinical positions at Mt. Sinai, NYU Medical Center and The Hospital for Joint Disease.
