Welcome to my website. My name is Lori Kolodin, MPH, RD and I have been providing nutrition counseling services to individuals, families and businesses for over 30 years. During this period our world has transitioned into the technical age of digital information with mass confusion. A simple or complex nutrition problem will never be treated as a “one size fits all” approach in my office. I practice to inspire my patients to a path of wellness with years of professional experience and continued education.
